ARRDEL is responsible for meeting with funders and investors to seek financing for projects in targeted local authorities and in specific areas based on identified needs.

Facilitation with donors

ARRDEL acts as an intermediary between decentralized local authorities and investors:
* It ensures the viability and socio-economic importance of the projects to be implemented;
* It guarantees traceability and visibility via the “ArrdelBee: Territorial Digital” platform;
* It reports on the progress of projects according to the plan and monitoring indicators.

Crowdfunding

Crowdfunding is a new way for the public to finance projects. This mechanism allows for raising funds
— usually small amounts
— from a large audience to finance an entrepreneurial project. It most often operates online. Crowdfunding campaigns can support local initiatives or projects that champion certain values. They differ from traditional financing methods and often incorporate a strong emotional dimension.

Project development

This involves identifying expressed needs, analyzing them, developing them, and preparing project proposals that can be funded by investors.

Monitoring and evaluation

The project monitoring and evaluation mechanism is used to continuously observe progress, that is, to compare the established objectives with the various impacts of the project on beneficiaries. ARRDEL ensures the collection, processing, and dissemination of information to investors/partners and the local authority/stakeholder. The level of information is determined using monitoring indicators (achievement and results) and impact indicators (final objectives and strategic directions of the project).
