Conception et mise en œuvre d'un module de génération d'états PDF à partir de données distribuées sur le Cloud
Summary
Local authorities are facing an increasing challenge : managing and leveraging a growing amount of data on decentralized territorial authorities, administrative districts, human resources related to administrative districts, etc, often scattered across multiple systems. With the rise in data generated by the projects of Decentralized Territorial Authorities (DTAs) in Africa in recent years, it has become essential to synthesize this information into standardized reports, such as PDFs, to effectively communicate the results and impacts of projects to stakeholders and citizens. However, generating these documents from data stored in the Cloud presents significant technical challenges, particularly due to the variety of data. It is in this context that this thesis proposes the establishment of a specific module for generating PDF reports from data distributed across the Cloud. This module will be integrated into a platform that will allow citizens and decision-makers to easily access relevant information about their territory. The module uses a microservices architecture to collect, assemble, and format data from various Cloud sources. The goal of this module is to simplify the generation of PDF reports from data, facilitate user access (such as decision-makers and citizens) to ………
